Privacy Policy

Suppogate ("the Service") is a customer-support platform operated by smartlabtec ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we process, why, and the choices you have. It covers visitors to suppogate.com, businesses that use Suppogate ("tenants"), and their customers whose conversations pass through the Service.

Data we process

• Account data — names, email addresses and login credentials of tenant team members.
• Conversation data — messages, comments, emails, chat transcripts and attachments exchanged between a tenant and its customers, including public comments made on the tenant's Facebook or Instagram posts and direct messages sent to the tenant's connected channels.
• Channel connection data — identifiers and access tokens for pages, accounts and mailboxes a tenant connects (stored encrypted).
• Usage and technical data — logs, IP addresses and diagnostic events needed to run and secure the Service.

Why we process it

• To deliver the Service: routing conversations to the right tenant inbox and sending replies through the channels the tenant connected.
• To operate optional AI assistance, which answers only from the tenant's own knowledge base; AI activity is logged for the tenant.
• To secure, bill for, and improve the Service.

Each tenant's data is isolated: team members of one tenant can never access another tenant's conversations.

Meta platforms

When a tenant connects a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, we receive webhooks and call Meta's APIs on that tenant's behalf, limited to the permissions the tenant granted. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising. Disconnecting the channel stops the processing; see our data deletion page for removal of stored data.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and — for tenants that enable AI — the AI model provider configured for that tenant). We never sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

Conversation data is retained while the tenant's account is active. Tenants can request export or deletion of their workspace; end customers can request deletion of their personal data via the tenant or via our data deletion page.
